HONESDALE – Hilda Reck, 71, first denied hitting and injuring a 13-year-old girl on Route 191 then fleeing.  Now, she has pled guilty to assault by vehicle and DWI.

Reck, of Hawley, had a blood alcohol level more than double the legal limit at the time of the January 11 accident.

She will be sentenced at a later date.
