MILFORD – A Buskhill man who failed to register as a sex offender will spend up to five years in prison.

John Bowman, 34, was sentenced to be incarcerated in a State Correctional Facility for the period of 15 months to five years for the crime of failure to comply with registration of a sexual offender.  Bowman, a registered sex offender, failed to appear to be photographed, within the required time period, and present himself to the State Police for registration. 

Bowman must also pay a $500 fine.
