BARRYVILLE NY - Kevin Chapin, 19 of Milford, was stopped by a state trooper for speeding, on Route 97.   Upon an interview and subsequent investigation,   Chapin was found to possess marijuana and beer. 

He was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Alcohol by a Minor.  He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Highland court.
