BUSHKILL – The bridge over Bushkill Creek on Route 209 in Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area will be closed to all vehicles starting on July 9. The bridge will reopen no later than July 27. The closure is necessary to complete repairs to the bridge.

A 4.3 mile detour route to bypass the closed bridge will be in place for cars and small to medium trucks. Traffic will be detoured onto Winona Falls

Trucks in excess of 15 tons will be on their own.
