MILFORD - Pike County District Attorney Ray Tonkin announced the Following criminal sentences were issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph F. Kameen: Michael Repsher, age 28, was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 16 months to 5 years, and pay a fine of $ 500.00 for the crime of Persons Not to Possess Firearms. On December 3, 2008, Repsher, was found on Church Road in Lackawaxen Township as a fugitive from justice, and was in possession of a Stevens Model 15-22 Caliber Long Rifle. Rodger Moran, age 50, of Mount Airy, MD, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 10 days to 6 months, pay a fine of $ 1,500.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On November 30, 2008, Moran was pulled over on Rt 6 & 209 in Westfall Township and refused to consent to a chemical test. Evelyn Wilson-Lampkin, age 42, of Bushkill, PA, was sentenced to probation for 24 months and a fine of $ 500.00 for the crimes of Endangering the Welfare of Children. On October 30, 2007, at the Pike County Probation Department, Wilson-Lampkin breast fed her child, while having the controlled substance of cocaine in her body. Leslie Pittman, age 29, of Hamburg, NJ, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 48 hours to 6 months, pay a fine of $ 1,000.00 and had driver’s license suspended one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On November 9, 2008, Pittman, was pulled over on Rt 6 & 209 in Westfall Township. Her blood alcohol content was .111%. George Stella, age 25, of Hawley, PA, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 72 hours to 6 months, pay $ 1,000.00, and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. One November 28, 2008, Stella, drove his vehicle off the road in the Fawn Lake Development. He refused to consent to blood alcohol test. John Devilliers, age 42, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to probation for 24 months and pay a fine of $ 500.00 for the crime of Simple Assault. On May 18, 2008, Devilliers threatened two victims while they were attempting to repossess his car. George Earl, age 20, of Milford, PA, was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 18 to 36 months, pay a fine of $ 1,500.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crimes of Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Mushrooms, Delivery of a Controlled Substance- cocaine, and Criminal Use of a Communication Facility. On August 27, 2008, Earl delivered 2 ounces and 10 grams of Psilocyn Mushrooms and on October 1, 2008, Earl delivered 2.4 grams of Cocaine. Robert Gallagher, age 33, of Hawley, PA , was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 30 days to 6 months, pay a fine of $ 1,000.00 and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On April 26, 2008, Gallagher, was involved in an accident with another vehicle. His blood alcohol content was .228%. Stuart Dooley, age 54, of Dingmans Ferry, PA, was sentenced to the Pike County Jail for 30 days to 6 months, pay a fine of $ 1,000.00, and had his driver’s license suspended for one year for the crime of Driving Under the Influence. On November 22, 2008, Dooley, drove his vehicle off the road on SR 739 in Dingmans Township. His blood alcohol content was .129%. |
