MOUNT POCONO – A Blakeslee man faces several charges, incuding attempted murder, after hitting a man with his car, twice, in the FedEx parking lot on Route 940. 

The incident happened about 7 Thursday after a Fed Ex driver confronted Joseph Paige, for dangerous driving after seeing Paige pass a school bus, stopped to pick up students, on Long Pond Road.  Paige, 22, then allegedly Joseph Percoco twice.  Percoco wound up on the hood of Paige’s car. 

Paige continued to drive more than 150 feet, before Percoco fell off on a hard turn.  Paige then left the parking lot.

Paige, who reportedly has a long history of traffic offences, was arraigned on several new charges that include attempted homicide and aggravated assault
