HARRISBURG – The state Department of Health reports that as of Thursday, there are a total of six reported cases of swine flu in Monroe County, but only two of the cases are confirmed. 

Four more probable cases were reported yesterday.  That’s a day after the DOH confirmed that two East Stroudsburg School District students were recently confirmed to have the H1N1 virus.  Both have recovered and the schools remained open.

Pike and Wayne counties still have no cases of H1N1.
