NEW HOPE - The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission today announced a temporary scheduled outage of its E-ZPass Web site its toll-free E-ZPass customer phone line this weekend as the agency's E-ZPass customer-service provider - Electronic Transaction Consultants (ETC) of Richardson, Texas. - performs testing of its recently upgraded on-line and phone service capabilities. The outage will take place from about 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The affected Web site is www.ezpassdrjtbc.com and the affected phone line is 1-800-872-5061. Due to the system outage, E-ZPass customers are encouraged to plan ahead if they need to make account changes or access their accounts in the coming days.
