ATT adds broadband coverage in Monroe

STROUDSBURG – ATT announced that it has activated 3G technology on four cell cites in areas of Monroe County, west of Stroudsburg.

The company says it is part of its ongoing investment to build broadband networks in areas that will fuel economic growth, create jobs and enable customers to get quick access to content.

"Our goal is pretty simple: we want you to have an extraordinary experience when you make a call, check e-mail, download a song or video, or surf the Internet on your AT&T device," said J. Michael Schweder, president of AT&T Pennsylvania. "As part of the Stroudsburg community, we're always looking for new opportunities to provide enhanced coverage and our investment in the local wireless network is just one way to accomplish this."
