TUNKHANNOCK TWP – A 14-year-old boy is facing serious charges alleging improper sexual contact with a four-year-old boy. 

Pocono Mountain Regional Police were called to a home in Tunkhannock after receiving a report that the young victim claimed his 14-year-old neighbor touched his genitals and forced him to do the same with his.  A subsequent investigation revealed that that there were at least two separate incidents.

The juvenile is charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child, aggravated indecent assault of a child and indecent assault.
