PALMYRA TWP – A suspect arrested earlier this month for the August 31 robbery at the Sunoco Mart on Route 6, near Lake Wallenpaupack, waived preliminary hearing..

Jerry Bruno, 45, of Lake Ariel, is accused of the crime.  He will go directly to Pike County Court.

Bruno remains in the Pike County Jail, in lieu of $25,000 bail.
