ROARING BROOK TOWNSHIP – A Carbondale Township man died when his pickup hit the rear of a disabled tractor-trailer, on Interstate 84 Wednesday morning.  Police identify the victim as Ryan Mirailh, 24, of Childs.

The accident happened at about mile marker 2.6, between Exit 2 and the I-84/380 split, about 7 a.m.

Westbound traffic heading toward Scranton was hampered because of lane closures during the initial accident investigation.
