LEHMAN TOWNSHIP – A Bushkill man is in intensive care after being shot early Sunday morning, in the Pine Ridge Development.  Police say Willie Harper Jr., 50, was shot once in the torso, by an unknown assailant.

The incident happened about 3 a.m. at 1-93 Kittatinny Drive.
