LEHMAN TOWNSHIP – A New Jersey, arrested for theft and drug charges, failed to show for a preliminary hearing.  A warrant is out for the arrest of Sherry Vance, 38, of Patterson NJ.

Vance was arrested September 27, after being caught taking items from a Saw Creek residence.  She was later found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Vance posted $10,000 bail.  She did not return for a scheduled hearing.
