Second suspect charged in Rose murder, alleged trigger man still at large

Lehman Township – Justin Culver, 19, of Rustic Acres, Lehman Township, is the second suspect in custody, charged in the August 24 murder of Barry Rose.  Culber is the third and final suspect police are believed to be seeking in connection with the home invasion murder of Rose.

Culver was arrested early this morning at the Pike County jail, where he was already being held, on a warrant.  He was arraigned later Monday on charges of first and second degree murder.

The first suspect, Cameron Harinarain, 18, has been in the jail since his arrest last week.

The three are accused of breaking into Rose’s home, apparently looking for guns.  Gunfire was exchanged.  Rose died of multiple gunshot wounds.

Police continue the search for the third suspect, Marquis Keeys, 19, who is believed to be the trigger man.  Keeys is thought to be either in the Pocono area or in New York City.  Anyone who may have information can call state police, in confidence, at 570-226-5718.
