Lehman Township – A Saw Creek resident thought he had a new X-Box game system, after FedEx apparently delivered to the wrong address.

Police have filed charges against John Caraccio, 60, and an unnamed 18-year-old, after they hooked up the system that was delivered by istake to their residence.  Carracio signed for the delivery.

Police say FedEx attempted to retrieve the packages after the mistake was realized, but Carracio refused to give it up.

The system was finally recovered by police, who charged Carracio with four counts of theft ofo property lost, mislaid or delivered by mistake, and four counts of receiving stolen property.
