Dingman Township – A Cresco man was charged with driving under the influence after a one-car crash on Route 739, just north of Lake Adventure.  John Faller, 33, lost control of his SUV and struck a tree, shortly after midnight Tuesday morning.

Faller, not wearing a seatbelt, sustained an unspecified injury.  Police also determined he appeared to be intoxicated.  Charges are pending blood test results.
