Gouldsboro – Police say it appears that a fire that damaged a mobile home in the Lone Elm Trailer Court may have been deliberately set. 

The fire was reported about 2:30 Monday morning when the couple in the trailer smelled smoke. They got out safely. 

Damage was confined to an exterior wall.
