Lackawaxen Township – Police say Frank Jenkins, 37, of Lackawaxen, was not wearing a helmet when he lost control of his ATV at high speed on Route 590.  The accident happened about 7:15 p.m. Monday. 

Jenkins sustained severe injuries and died after being airlifted to Community Medical Center in Scranton. 

This was the second fatal ATV accident in Pike County in a week.  A 14-year-old Tafton resident was killed in an accident last weekend.
