Pike County continues voter roll update

Milford- County Elections Director Yolanda Goldsack told the Pike County Commissioners the Five-Year Voter Removal Program is progressing.

Goldsack said mailers were sent out to 7,844 voters in the county that have not voted in the last two Federal elections. So far 4,924 mailers have been returned and processed.

The Pike County Board of Elections has also removed 1,673 voters from the rolls that have moved out of Pike or out of Pennsylvania. Deceased voters total 976.

The Pike Board of Elections has also sent out “Permanent Absentee Ballot Applications”. The applications can also be obtained at the Board of Elections Office.

Absentee ballot application and a new voter registration forms are available at www.pavoterservices.beta.state.pa.us.
