Tobyhanna – A Pocono Mountain Regional Police officer was dragged about 20 feet, while investigating a domestic dispute in Tobyhanna early Thursday morning.  The officer, not being identified, was treated and released at Pocono Medical Center.

Police say the officer was to William Repkie, 49, one of the people involved in the dispute, who was sitting in a car.  Repkie drove off, dragging the officer.

Repkie later surrendered and is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, fleeing and eluding and recklessly endangering another person.
