MILFORD TOWNSHIP – State Police say several dogs have gone missing from the Milford, Westfall and Matamoras areas, and they are asking for public help. 

The latest incident happened August 21, near the River Rock Restaurant off Routes 6/209, a short distance north of Milford.

An 11-week-old tan cocker spaniel, belonging to an Arizona woman, got out of a window at a residence near the restaurant, but was picked up by another person.  That person reportedly asked staff at the restaurant of they knew anything about the dog.  The person apparently then disappeared with the dog.

Anyone with information about that incident or any other dog disappearance, is asked to calls state police at 570-226-5718.
