MILFORD – A Massachusetts man will spent six to 12 months in the Pike County Jail for an armed standoff, with police, last April. David Cullen, 49, of Mansfield MA, was sentenced in Pike County Court. Along with jail time, he will pay a $1,400 fine. Cullen pled guilty to having a firearm without a license. The charge stemmed from a standoff April Second in Pocono Ranch Lands in Lehman Township. Police, in the area to investigate an earlier incident, stopped Cullen’s vehicle. Cullen pulled out a .22 caliber revolver and threatened to shoot himself. Several other police officers were called to the scene. Five hours later, he surrendered.
