BLOOMING GROVE – Sate Police say they were contacted by a Palmyra Township woman who reported three charges, totaling about $180, posted to her bank debit card.  Two of the charges were made in France and the third was in Massachusetts.

Neither police nor the woman know how the perpetrator obtained the information enabling them to use the card.
