Electronics recycling

PIKE/WAYNE – Residents of Pike and Wayne counties can get rid of unwanted electronics today.  Recycling opportunities are available this morning in both counties.

The Pike County Builders Association and Advanced Recovery will accept all variety of electronics, including TVs, computers, stereo systems and associated parts, from 8:00 to 1:00 at Pennstar Bank on Route 6/209, north of Milford.  There is a $5 charge per carload. 

Wayne County is accepting old TVs, computers and other electronics, at the Wayne County Recycling Center on Route 6:52, from 7:00 to 1:00.  There is a per-item fee of $5 each, for most items.  Large TVs, over 27”, are $10.
