BLOOMING GROVE – State police have charged a convicted sex offender, living in Milford, with failing to register as a sexual offender, after moving to Pennsylvania from New York State.

Thomas Corrie Jr., 40, allegedly moved to Pike County last January, but failed to report to State Police as required under the state’s registration of sexual offender requirements.  A warrant was issued and Corrie was arrested Tuesday.

He is in the Pike County jail pending a preliminary hearing.
